Will wet spark plugs dry themselves off in the engine?

My 92 3000gt sl (rebuilt engine 100 miles) wouldn't start. I figured it was the spark plugs, so I took the 3 in the front out and sure enough they were wet. I let them dry for a bit then stuck them back in and the car started. The back ones are really

they will probably dry themselves enough to run but once a plug has been fuel soaked it will never perform as well as it did
