how difficult is to take off the carburator of a 12.5 Kawasaki commercial lawn mower engine?

have a bit of gunk in the carburator and it is causing the engine to surge when in idle. (is this serious btw and why? if know)

also, how would one remove the caruburator and have heard that you can buy some carurator cleaner or solution

its not that hard on any mower really. just go to a auto part store and get carb or break cleaner both will work thats what we use at our shop. and works. also make sure all the single holes are all clear in the bolt that screws into the bottom that holds
