is this 2002 subaru impreza wrx worth it? $14,000?

im buyin a subaru (02) impreza wrx this weekend. I want 2 know if its worth it. it has 31k miles on it.
Brakes & Wheels:
Rotora Slotted Rotors & axis brake front and back
Goodridge stainless steel brake lines
No it is no worth it. A car with those modifications is guaranteed to have been driven very hard (clutch replacement in 32k miles is ridiculous. the previous owner drove it like he stole it at all times). Also, it probably had engine modifications
