PLEASE HELP ME WITH A RC PLANE?

I want to build a minature turbine engine for a model RC aircraft. I have taken the Boeing 737-400 as the basis of my project. My question is, can I use a lawn mover engine, and use the exhaust as thrust? As in, i would place a regular lawn mover engine

Let your engine run a ducted front impeller fan.
Use the air-stream through the to cool it and the exhaust gets added to the air stream.
That would be the most efficient layout.
In effect you will have built a large leaf blower. How
