What should i program my thermostat to while I'm at work?
Whle Im at work 10 hours a day. I have my thermostat program to 85. It better to set it lower to 81 or higher to 90? What will save me the most power?

Set the temp as high as you are comfortable with (assuming you are talking about summer and A/C) and leave it there. I've seen test results showing that a constant temp is better than having the system work harder to cool off a hot room.
