I took this picture of a car that was parked in an empty shopping cart return area in the parking lot of a Loblaws Grocery store. I just couldn't believe it. I figure either some senior hadn't a clue that this wasn't a special covered parking spot, or some idiot felt entitled to have his car protected by the structure.
